Charlie is an experienced estimator, project engineer, and project manager specializing in heavy civil, steel, and specialty design-build geotechnical projects. With over three decades of experience, he combines technical expertise and practical construction knowledge to support successful project delivery in complex, densely populated environments.

Career Journey

Since starting his career in 1990, Charlie has contributed to numerous projects ranging from $10M to $300M. He finished his contractor career as Atkinson’s Regional Engineering Manager, responsible for the design of temporary shoring, concrete falsework and formwork, and other temporary works to support construction.

Charlie brings a broad understanding of Concrete, Steel and Geotechnical construction, and collaborates effectively with owners and design teams to ensure accurate estimates and successful project execution.
