Dustin is an experienced construction professional with extensive hands-on and instructional experience in the carpentry and union construction trades. He combines field expertise with training and leadership skills to support his estimating and project execution.

Career Journey

After completing the Carpenters Apprenticeship Program in 2000, Dustin worked as a Kiewit Foreman/General Foreman for union general contractors, gaining broad field experience. In 2018, he became an Apprenticeship Instructor, serving in that role for three years before being promoted to Training Coordinator. He also served as Chairman of the Curriculum Committee, helping shape training programs and curriculum for the next generation of carpenters.
