Bree combines a solid educational foundation in Construction Management with extensive hands-on experience in estimating, project management, field supervision, labor relations, and client relations. She has led and trained teams, developed new divisions, and grown operations from start-up to multi-million-dollar enterprises.

She is proficient in HeavyBid, Build2Win, Primavera P3/P6, Bluebeam, Procore, and PlanSwift, supporting precise take-offs, cost tracking, and project controls throughout the full project lifecycle, from pre-bid estimating through construction execution and closeout.
