He combines contractor-side estimating experience with owner advisory services to provide accurate, fair, and actionable cost guidance for large infrastructure projects. C.J. provides value engineering and constructability review expertise to optimize project cost, schedule, and build efficiency.

Career Journey

C.J. began his career with Ames Construction as an entry-level engineer and advanced to Chief Estimator of the Western Region, leading estimating efforts across the western United States. In 2017, he transitioned to providing estimating and constructability services on behalf of owners, helping ensure fair pricing on initial project costs and subsequent change order negotiations.
