Danny Allum

Danny is a highly experienced construction professional with over four decades in heavy civil, highway, industrial, transportation, marine, and building construction. He brings extensive expertise in cost estimation and construction management for large, complex infrastructure projects.

Career Journey

Danny started heavy civil construction as a Laborer (4yrs) and Pilebuck (4 yrs), and advanced thru the ranks as foreman, superintendent, and project manager. Throughout his career, Danny has served as In-House Counsel for a General Contractor, Chief Estimator for hard-bid and design-build projects up to $240 million, Senior Cost Estimator/Project Manager on design-build projects up to $600 million, and Senior Cost Estimator on design-build projects ranging up to $16 billion.

Danny’s experience spans structural and civil work, foundations, utilities, traffic infrastructure, marine, specialty excavation, and more. His combination of technical knowledge, legal expertise, and strategic planning ensures accurate estimates, efficient project execution, and successful outcomes on high-value projects.
