Travis Galvin is an experienced transit and transportation estimator with a strong background in field engineering and project management. With extensive hands-on experience, he provides realistic cost estimates and negotiation support for large public design-build and CMGC projects, helping owners make informed decisions throughout project delivery.
Career Journey
Travis began his career performing survey and layout work, gaining practical insight into construction field operations. He then joined Stacy-Witbeck, where he spent 18 years progressing from Field Engineer to Project Manager and Lead Estimator.
During his tenure, Travis worked on a variety of transit and transportation projects, gaining expertise in drainage, retaining walls, civil works, track construction, earthwork, ground improvements, and other complex project elements. His broad experience equips him to bridge field operations, project management, and estimating in service to his clients.
